Another Winter Home Update

The house is moving along with the completion date still estimated for the end of June/beginning of July. The exterior stucco and drywall are complete and the interior trim including doors are in place along with the garage doors. The exterior and interior have also been painted, the garage doors and front door will be painted soon. The design theme for the house is “The Chocolate House”, the theme is beginning to be evident and will become more obvious when the cupboards and tile are installed.
Kitchen cupboards are next on the schedule followed by completion of the electrical system and installation of the roof tile. Again we say thank you to Adela and Todd for the constant updates, it is also encouraging that the house is still on schedule or even ahead of the completion date we were originally given. The wall and trim color are correct, the garage doors will be painted the color of the trim.
